Summary: The project, located in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake, was a design-build Gravity Sewer installation located in existing City of Chesapeake streets. The project was a public improvement, paid for by a private developer. Limited access and deep excavations were challenges overcome during the course of the project. All installed phases of the $7,500,000 project have been accepted and are in use by residents of the Summer Park neighborhood.
